MEXICAN CORNBREAD

It’s delish!

1 Cup butter, melted
1 Cup White Sugar
4 Large Eggs
1 15 Oz. Can Cream Style Corn
1 4 Oz. Can Green Chile Peppers, Very Well Drained
1/2 Cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Yellow Corn Meal
4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F, and spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with Pam.

In a large bowl mix together all your ingredients. Pour mixed ingredients into the baking dish, and bake for 1 hour until a toothpick pushed into the center comes out clean.
