1/2 cup soft fresh goat cheese
4 TBSP fresh sage
2 tsp sliced green onions
1 shallot, minced
1/4 tsp salt
4 medium tomatoes
Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl. Season with pepper.
Cut a 2 inch piece out of each tomato, and fill with the cheese mixture.
Place tomatoes on med-high heat on grill rack. Cover and cook until tomatoes are soft (but not mushy) ~ 5 minutes.
