Country ham dip
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup finely chopped country ham, cooked
Chopped pecans, optional
Blend cream cheese and Dijon mustard until smooth. Add ham, and stir until well-mixed. Chill. Roll mixture into a ball, and roll in chopped pecans. Serve at room temperature.
